Hey Priscilla, 

It's the 3rd Tuesday of the month.  This date on my editorial calendar has gone from a shade of green, to yellow, and now red.  When I woke up this morning and looked at my projects list and saw "Publish newsletter!" in a lovely shade of scarlet - I almost blew it off.  I have too many other things going on.  I am trying to get things finished before heading out for a well-needed vacation on Friday (hubby and I are going to the Keys! so excited!)  

This morning, as I contemplated whether to prioritize this newsletter or succumb to the pressures of impending vacation preparations, I couldn't help but think of you. Your consistent engagement, and your words of encouragement, remind me of the significance of the bonds we've forged through these digital exchanges. You invite me into your inbox, into your world, with open arms, and for that, I am profoundly grateful.

In the midst of our busy lives, it's easy to lose sight of the importance of human connection. Yet, it is during these hectic moments that prioritizing people becomes even more crucial. As leaders, as individuals navigating the complexities of our daily routines, let us remember the profound impact of investing time and energy into those around us.

Yes, the to-do lists may seem endless, the deadlines relentless, but amidst it all, let us not forget the power of presence, the beauty of connection. Setting boundaries, utilizing scheduling tools - are invaluable resources in maintaining our sanity amidst the chaos. But above all, let us embrace the opportunity to prioritize people, to nurture the relationships that enrich our lives in ways both big and small.

With that, I'm getting ready to spend time with my favorite person - my husband Mike Mahoney, as we celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary.  Have a wonderful Spring Equinox and I'll catch you in May!!!
